Too Many Projects, Too Little Time
...and Wargames Con is just around the corner! Here's some of what I'm working on. When you get to the end, if you're thinking, "Boy, Brent's working on everything but what he should be finishing for the Con," then you're seeing clearly.

This is the only project that really needs doing. I really love my Freak Flex airbrush paints, but the container sucks. I've purchased these inexpensive, airtight bottles to transfer the collection to. Note it has a flip-top, which will make it MUCH, MUCH easier to load the airbrush properly, with minimal waste. |

Five old-style scouts for the Brotherhood. I'm not actually planning on bringing the Brotherhood..! |
|
Cleaning older models... and why now? Not sure. |
|
This one doesn't bother me much; it's the Skar Veteran for the Card Pimp's Lizardmen. I like keeping a model to work on while my primary project dries. |
|
Needs a wash at this point, but I'm happy so far. |
|
Ah! Ah, ha! Yeah! I acquired some great models for my Homage army of RTB1-era Marines and some more original plastic boys for my Orks. |
(By the way, Simon, are you still using those?)
|
Yeah. You want some more. You know you do... |
|
(Creepy, sexy voice anyone?) You know you want 'em. Yeah! |
|
This is one I've been stuck on, but progress now proceeds! This will be the base... |
|
...for a Sorceress of Tzeentch. My goal is a base that can 1) fit into a unit of Marauders or 2) pass as a Disk. |
So.
Anyone have that aforementioned thought?
(Not sure you wanna know my thoughts.)

I know the feeling. I've got a 40k army to paint, a Dust army to paint, BFG fleet to paint, terrain to paint, terrain to build, terrain to finish and a display board to finish for my brother. There's a lot to do and I don't have a deadline, but it always seems as if I'm adding more to the list than I take off.
Note it has a flip-top, which will make it MUCH, MUCH easier to load the airbrush properly, with minimal waste.
Are you planning on coming to Feast again this year?
Aventine: I certainly hope so! I'm sort of tentatively planning to, but money is tighter this year than last. I'll have to supplement my income through commissions...
...and who knows how that's going to work out?
Krad: Too true!

Hi Brent. Since this is most likely the only chance I will get to go to War Games Con, and I did not sign up for any games on Friday, I have decided to spend my time stalking you. I have spent plenty of time talking to Jawaballs up here in my neck of the woods at different cons here and there and now it is your turn to get STALKED!
Have a nice day and I'll see you next week.
Also, I have made it my goal to get my army finished before you, so please keep working on things you shouldn't be!
Darn it, that's what's happening!
Well, it looks like the team tournament may be out for me, depending on what time the Card Pimp gets off work and down to Austin. I may be playing pickup games on Friday, so look me up.
As a note, I did finally work out an army list for the main tournament...
...now I just have to paint it...
Weren't main tournament army lists supposed to be submitted by may 30th?
