Great start Brent! A vehicle model would be good for practice also. Fully assembled nids have so much detail and risk for overspray it's really challenging to start with them.
Looks like there's some spattering so make sure the paint is thin enough, the tip of the needle remains clean, and you have enough pressure. I spray at about 20psi with paint that's about the consistency of whole milk.
