These are a pretty interesting bunch, being that they're probably the first serious speed-painting effort Brent made a few years back. He spent very little real time on them, so you'll have to judge whether you like them or not.
I'm sure there is some *SELF-EDIT* out there who'll say something like, "That's obvious," but I dig 'em... and I don't even like Brent that much.
The general idea, if I remember his whining properly, was to give the impression of effort through richness of color.
Because I don't want to leave you with only two pictures, here's a more serious effort from the Master Manipulator (every store needs one).
Mmm... I'm willing to bet Evil Homer has already traded off his Ophidians, which is a shame 'cause even I want 'em. Ah well.
Next time... more Not Brent Presents.
Until I get bored, at least.

It's always great to see some Confrontation models. For speed paints, those look great. The cloth and metals on the Dirz model are stunning.

Not Brent, you're being unfair - that's the approach I use and it gets me by just fine.
Never would have guessed speed painting. They look pretty damn good.
Granted I am a little impartial, but is Game 3 of the Doubles Tournament coming up soon?
It's coming - I just have to kick Not Brent out of the hotseat.
He's easy to write since he's a bit of an ass, I've found.
Brent
Good to hear. I was worried all the foul language, cursing, swearing, and generally "salty" behavior was prohibiting its entry to the web ;)
