Tervi-Bug Update: Hybrids

Who said anything about Gaunts?  :)

I've been holding onto these Hybrids for decades, just waiting for the proper time to clean them, paint them, then play with 'em!  To these I'm adding more that I've acquired from Ebay.

My Tervi-Bug is an updated Genestealer Primarch... thus the touches like the Rending Claws.  I may or may not use them as such, but it harkens back to the genestealer origins.  That spot on the base is where the Magus will go, totally protected by Big Daddy...

...who will, of course, call his Hybrids to battle!  I figure the Termigants' stat line, combined with upgrades like Toxin and Adrenal, works just fine!

There will be Termites on the field simply because I can't afford that many Hybrids, but my thought is the Hybrids will nicely represent those units called to battle by the Termi-Bug.

Hugs and gropings or what?

  1. LIES!!! That's no Genestealer Primarch. Did he gain more weights over years of domannt? But High-Five! Nostalgic models ftw! Do reconsider modeling that Primarch's position and post for that cover save. It's worth it.

The last thing you want is an easy target for them to focus down and pop your gaunts due to chain reaction.

  5. I love to see you are playing Nids. They are tough army to play with, but very rewarding if you win.

  6. Ha! I love it, that's awesome. And that must be one ancient Patriarch to grow that big.
