Wait.... it could be the GW Paint Announcement.... aren't they expanding their line to about that many paints and washes?
A paint splatter in the form of a shield that changes colors... my guess is that there are 145 paints in the new Citadel paint line.
That seems to be the best guess. Its the Paint i believe. Would explain the splatter in the back.hyperion

Yeah, paint set redo has been rumored for a while to occur March 25th or so.Apparently, there will be foundations, layers, washes and somekind of highlight color. I forget the name exactly.
