The Mighty Mighty Carlos let his son pick the colors scheme for a Space Marine he's painting for a competition. Here's the result, prime fare for a Saturday afternoon's blogging...
Prime fare, indeed. Carlos should man-up and stop hiding behind his son. A child may have selected the pallette, but Carlos painted the flower. What is he trying to say? "Make love, not Warhammer"? Sick, just sick.
The best part about the competition is, the organizers look at the 4 models painted like a codex chapter first, then after the winner is chosen the store has to paint their store army to the color scheme of the 5th marine: Brother Ronaldus.

ReplyDeleteIt's amazing what you can use you kid as an excuse for! lol
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't want to paint an entire army of those, but as a one-off it's pretty neat.
ReplyDelete"Battle Brother Ronaldus just never really fit in with the other Ultramarines."
"...and the other Marines never asked, and Ronaldus never told..."
ReplyDeleteThank you guys for the loving comments.
